This project involves custom POM tendon drive pulley sets for a renowned humanoid robot manufacturer, produced using ultra-precision 5-axis CNC machining technology. Applied in robotic dexterous hand joint transmission systems, through optimized tool paths and cutting parameters, micron-level dimensional accuracy and Ra0.4μm surface finish have been achieved, significantly improving transmission efficiency and service life.
